The Seller's Lounge (Ashley) HANG UP!! I have called this company and talked to the same girl, Ashley, who said last month they would refund my money and again this month I got charge again. When I called back after being hung up on and asked to speak to a supervisor, and Ashley hung up again!! I did not order or use their service (whatever it is??) all I did was order a 'free' Cd with info about E-Bay on it. American Fork Utah

The Seller's Lounge is a scam!! I only authorized shipping & handling of a 'free' CD on how to sell on EBay. Now they are charging me $ 49.95 for a service they obviously know I am not using (if it even exists!!) every month. I never agreed to or asked for any service. As soon as I saw the charge last month, I called and was told the charge would be taken off my account. Not only did they not do that, they charged me again this month!!! I called and talked to a girl named Ashley who told me she could only take off this month's charge, not last months. I told her I had called last month (and had phone record to prove it)and was assured the charge would be taken off, then I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager in charge. She abruptly said "I already refunded your money so quit calling us!!" and hung up on me!! As of today, nothing has been refunded a penny and I had to call my bank and get a new card issued because they said they can't stop the 'checkcard' purchases if someone has your account number. Pretty insane if you ask me.this just isn't fair, I am writing my congressman and whatever other agencies I can to at least try to get some consumer internet protection. Just a warning (and I know I should have known better) NOTHING IS FREE!!!!
