I am writing a ripoff report to make a complaint on The International Award Payment Center. These people tried to see if I was going to send them $9.00 to there payment center to get $15,000. If course I am not because I found out they are rip off artist. Please forward my complaint to the attorney general's office to make sure these people do not rip off any one else.
