This company is possibly scamming businesses for there VIP/Hotel card referral program. The sales person name is David Matthews. He comes in to your store and sells you business VIP/Hotel Cards. Dave tells you the Sterling Media Group LLC has a deal with the local hotels to to distribute the custom cards for your store. Sounds like a good deal unit it was time to receive the service.
I received an email from a past employee stating the Sterling Media Group LLC is a scam.
It's been over two months now and I keep getting the run around about where my cards are. I finally got a response telling me the correct cards are not printed, but they are being printed and will ship this week, this response was over two weeks ago.
I requested a refund, or the cards and the only response I get is the cards are being printed, I will get them soon.
The Sterling Media Group LLC contact is for a virtual office (Front Ranger Business Center) and the phone number is answered by a answering service
