We came to an agreement with Jason Brown, Founder of The Swarm Group in May of 2017 to buy their live mortgage leads.  Aleksander, a Sales Rep from The Swarm Group contacted me through a Mortgage related group on Linkedin and connected me to Jason Brown.  Upon execution of the agreement, a wire of $3,500 was sent to The Swarm Group.  I was told they needed a few days to get the call center configured for our account.  This is when things took a turn for the worse.  I did not hear back from Jason Brown or anyone from The Swarm Group so I reached out to them and was told they needed a few more days to get the call center setup.  A few days passed and once again, I found myself reaching out to Jason Brown for an update.  At this time he informed me that he was not able to get a hold of the call center manager and needed more time.  So it appeared that our account was never even setup.  A week passed by and I found myself reaching out to Jason Brown again. At this point in time he informed me that he had no idea where the call center manager was and never heard back from her and that he was not able to send us our live transfers.  Which of course led me to ask for our $3,500 back.  This request was rejected.  Jason Brown stated that he already sent the money to the Call Center Manager.  We debated this for quite some time and i kindly offered him a payment plan option.  Jason Brown accepted this and drafted an agreement which had dates for paying the $3,500 back to us in the form of 2 payments ($1,750 each).  We received the first payment of $1,750.  When I did not hear from Jason Brown for the second payment, I reached out to him to learn that he was not able to make the payment.  He asked for more time and I agreed.  As time went on, I kept checking back with him for the second payment.  Jason Brown is no longer responding to me as of July 21, 2017.  We are still hopeful that they will refund us the $1,750 as they agreed to as per the agreement that The Swarm Group issued.
