Mike Blacktopp Team Leader at http://www.4ttl.com which is a TEAM working to improve the future of disabled people AND all people on a low income throughout the world.
The above is the mission statement from a company headed by Mike Blacktopp located in England. If you go to their site it claims that if you are willing to work, by promoting them, then they will pay your fees into money making programs.
At the present time they have about 2000 people promoting their business and earning money for them. Yes they have actually entered a VERY FEW of their members in a company called My Joint Venture.
By their own numbers they have paid for 25 people and were given 25 free spots. That means they have "helped" less than 50 of over 2000 members as the very first spots were taken by Mike Blacktopp and his 8 pals that are running this scam with him. It also means in looking at the cost to join My Joint Venture Mike Blacktopp etal has spent a TOTAL of $750.00 to "help" his members that are promoting his business.
The other important thing to know about this company is they can and do kick you out if you dare to question how they arrive at who is helped and who is simply left to wait.
Personally I feel bad that my advertising efforts resulted in others joining his organization. Unfortunately, even tho I was emailed when someone had joined under me I was not given a way to contact them. Also for a company that claims they are working to improve the life of disabled people, if you are unable, due to your disability, to repsond to a request they make within an unstated timeframe, they will throw you off their "team" no matter how much money you may have earned for them.
Everyone Beware. You will work MANY hours and receive NOTHING in return, except an abusive email if you dare to question their practices.

If one looks at the success rate for people who buy gym memberships, it would be a clear scam. There is no doubt, when a whole industry has nearly a 90% failure rate, it has to be a scam. Right? Or is it that the beneficial effects of diet and exercise are irrefutable and the results lie with the gym members themselves. For the people who do not get results fall along a continuum of those who quit right away and those who don't quit, but follow a regiment that would never lead to success. Those closer to the latter category probably don't seek advice nor follow it.
The same is true for the Team business, except that the success rate is substancially higher than gyms. Nevertheless, like the gym, ultimately success is to follow a proven regiment and to seek advice and training from people who have the success.
You see, I floundered in the Team business and with the gym for a lot longer that I care to admit to, but on both fronts I am experiencing much better results because I sought after the right advice and training. I am much healthier and have a growing business.
I understand those who experience frustration -- I did. What I found that works for me is to take the bull by the horns for I am the only one responsible for my success. And to complain is to no avail.
Thanks, I hope this helps anyone seeking information. If you are not likely to work the Team business as hard as you would work a gym to get in great physical shape, you won't get in great financial shape.

Hello My Name is Hans Rauw and I have to totaly disagree with the statement that a probably former member of The Team Leads Named Pam (?) has posted here on the Rip Off Report I will try to explain why this information is not correct:
First off all as the statement from Pam started with is all true Yes Mike Blacktopp does help the needed!! As long as you play the game like in any other business On/line or Of/line you will find that every company has its own rules that you will have to obey and if not then you will get fired, period.
As for the Statement that Mike Blacktopp had helped only 50 people is completly wrong so I have to disagree on that part because all the members the members that are part off the Team have benefited off this first venture ans for saying that Mike Blacktopp was on top off all the downlines that we build is true, and he is that for only one reason and one reason only and that is that he dont earn anything from it because all the earnings that are coming in on his name are equaly shared with all of our members!!
As for the Statement that you will been kicked out off the Team for having a question to Mike on the Team is absolutly NOT True and I can say that because I did had some questions when I joined The Team Leads in November 2002 and Im still a member, I also know somebody that is part of our Team that had been posting quite a few arguments towards Mike and he is still a member in our Team.
Yes there are people that have been deleted for not following the rules or have to be found cheating on the TEAM as they all will know because that are the first things that you can see when you enter our site at http://www.4ttl.com/default.asp?id=0001061
And click on the "THE TEAM LEADS RULES" wich Pam should have read before she had signed up with us in the first place and I know for sure that she's been informed and ordered to read them very well by Mike, By the Key Member and By their sponsor.
So Pam should have known what (s)he has joined and agreed with our rules when (s)he signed up with THE TEAM LEADS
And as for the statement that (s)he has not given the opportunity to contact a new member in his/her downline is AGAIN NOT true because you will receive a email with the complete info from the new member in it:

So Everyone Beware of Pam as she seems to NOT know what (s)he's talking about and personaly I think that (s)he is been the Cheater that we kick out of our TEAM because we DON"T allow Slackers and Cheaters that are not willing to play in a TEAM and are only after self success!!
