The Tech Stop is the worst computer company in Indianapolis. Steve Zuhlke is dishonest. For an Indianapolis computer repair company, they are one of the worst. They will over charge you and switch out parts in your machine. Do not trust this company. And be sure to get all the cost up front. They will hide charges from you.

At The TechStop - we take great pride in our Customer Service, and rely on repeat business and referrals. We have been in business through our parent company since 1996 and are still servicing customers we first served in 1996 - we take GREAT pride in that.
We don't take any complaint lightly, so when I saw this one, I looked up the Customer and we've never done any work for a Rhonda Wells, so I looked in our Customer database for anyone named Rhonda we did work for in January or February and there were none.
I suspect this Customer is just posting a bad review because they are upset about something that was not within in our control and are just trying to be mean and nasty, or they would have used their real name.
Nonetheless - we stand behind all of our work and if there is ever a problem we resolve it to the Customers satisfaction - even that means giving them a full refund.
