The Third Floor / Chris Edwards / James Knight Knight Vision Studios SCAM ARTIST / CON ARTIST Los Angles California

 Chris Edwards (CEO) of The Third Floor is a SCAM ARTIST. He is a CON ARTIST. We hired him to do a previz sizzle reel to get our project green lit. He charged us $250,00 for a 7 week job. He delived the reel 3 weeks late and tried charging us an additional $22,000 for animation. In his bill was a $43,000 Charge to Knight Vision Studios, which we never heard of them.
The scam is, he gives his mocap work to them. James Knight does the work for FREE, and gives Chris a HUGE bill that he passes off to the client. When we questioned the bill, Chris set up a meeting with James Knight ans told us that was his partner. He then told us when we get Gren Lit, we should use Knight Vision Studios for the mocap because they have all of our assets.. WHICH WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE OR HAVE AN NDA in place with them. Chris gets a KICK BACK for bringing Knight Vision in on the gigs. The mocap was crap, the raw data was not from a vicon system- they were missing 42 markers.

Chris brings in outside vendors and takes a cut of the money and tells his clients to use these vendors since they have all of our assets.. and they will save us money on the final project.

WE WILL PICK OUR OWN VENDORS. THEY THIRD FLOOR SHOULD NOT GIVE OUT YOU ASSETS TO THIRD PARTY VENDORS THAT ARE NOT UNDER NDA
