The Toy Hunt/Birthday Mania I had made an order with Birthday Mania on 2-20-12 with priority shipping 2-5days. On 2-28-12 I called to cancel the order an request a refund, they shipped my package to me on 2-28-12. I finally re internet, Internet

I had made a order with birthday mania on 2-20-12 for my daughters birthday party on 3-2-12.  I selected priority mail so I would get it in time 2-5 days.  On 2-28-12 I still hadn't received the party supplies, so I called to get a refund an cancel my order.  I got the answering machine after many tries of getting the fax machine(didn't call the fax number).  I left a message telling them that I wanted my order cancelled an get a refund of 73.47 the total cost.  

On 3-5-12 I received my order which they mailed out on 2-28-12(the day I left a message to cancel the order)  I called an told them I wanted my full refund seeing how they mailed the items after I called an cancelled the order.  That I don't want to be charged 20% restocking fee or mailing fee since they never should have mailed the items after I had cancelled it. 

I believe this company is very fraudulent.  They don't do what they promise on their website then charge you for their mistakes.
