The Transportation Exchange - Jodie Goodnight Does not guarantee payment - fails to keep contract commitments does not return calls Kilgore Texas

I listed my 05 Ford F150 FX4 for sale on the internet, I was contacted by Justin of The Transportation Exchange introducing their company as a search company which has individuals interested in taking over payments of your vehicle and that there was no risk as in the contract The Transportation Exchange had a 100% guarantee payment which basically meant if the user did not make the payment, The Transporation Exchange made them until the situation with the user was corrected or the vehilce was placed with another user. The same applies with keeping insurance.

I agreed to allow them to place my vehicle. The first year was great, no issues with the buyer making the payments. Then the payment was missed one month. I contacted Jodie Goodnight who made contact with the buyer. But the first of the month came and no payment from the buyer or from the Transportation Exchange (like they guaranteed). I kept making the payments but was given a few payments from Jodie after I kept contacting her about my missed payments. The vehicle was picked up from that buyer to be placed with another buyer, and still I made the payments. I have received off and on payments from Jodie. I am still owed 5 months back payments for the missed payments.


When contacting Jodie at The Transportation Exchange there was always some excuse. Bottom line is she does not keep her word. The information on her website is not true. I have notifyed Jodie that I want my vehicle back because of lack of payment. I have not heard from Jodie since I sent her the emails. Any help with this situation would be appreciated.
