The Transportation Firm Will not pay what they owe me south haven , Mississippi

Well thought Id let everyone know that this company did pay me today and I got every dime I was owed.so every thing is good here now.

Well called again today and was told again payroll was being done well it has been being done for the 3rd week now so they are truely stealing drivers money so people beware of this company they are complete rip offs.My next step is to contact all the brokers I dealt with to let them know.as they wanted to know the outcome as far as me getting paid what was owed which is 1441.00

Well Im still getting the run around was told last week by payroll that my settlement was being done and called today and was told it was being done so its all a lie this company seems to think that paying some one 1441.00 that they owe and was earned by a driver is no big deal but as they just cost me my home it is a very big deal.If anyone has an interest in working for this company as a company driver think twice and then look else where and you might just save your home.

My checks were fed exed to me on mondays and got them on wed. i payed 20.00 a week for this as it was easier for me to get my bills payed on time. and all i say is true and my dispatcher will say the same as he was a straight up person that knows i worked hard for him and the company and he will also tell you i looked out for the company many times.so there is no reason for you to be so offensive it is what it is. im owed the money and thats all there is to it.Im not against the company I just want whats owed and thats 891.00 plus the 550.00.and as for pc miler I have the program also so i know the miles I never once asked for anything but what was owed me.so get off your high horse and do the right thing.Like I told my dispatcher if im treated right about my pay Id come back to work as he knows there are not many of us old timers left that run like I do and he was happy with my performance as a 25+ years driver.

Absolutely impossible for me to keep track of over 100 people. I asked you to email me and you continue to waste time complaining on a public forum? Really? Send me an email of your situation and you will be treated as everyone else if all is as you say. However, we cut checks on Friday and mail them on Monday. Not before, just because someone quits. All drivers, dispatchers, brokers and Admin are treated the same. I really don't have time to post here anymore about this issue. If you would like a resolution, you are free to email me. In regards to what you said you seem to not know anything of whats going on I dident take advances and the fuel was on you i drove a company truck and as for my pay i only want what im owed and my dispatcher agrees im owed the money as we talk daily im not asking for any more or any less than what i worked for and you can ask my dispatcher i put my own money into your truck and never asked for it back I fixed your truck up and had machanical work done to fix things that needed fixed so dont get all bent thinking your the greatest check on things before you run off at the mouth dispatch will tell you i was never late for a load and most times deliverd early.I dident ask for advances.I deliverd my last load and cleaned the truck and parked it at the yard I did what I was supposed to do and now getting a hard time on my money you owe me 891.00 for trips the last three runs and 550.00 on my maint. im not asking for anything more although im owed a bit more.and dispatch agrees.and i never said anything bad other than not getting payed what was owed.

Well, you stated that your dispatcher treated you with professionalism, which is true. You stated you got enough miles to make good money which is true. Your miles are calculated by PC Miler which is used by almost everyone in the industry. You didn't complain about the rate of pay or the free fuel advances or cash advances or trip paks or toll pass or quick pay or no trailer fees or after hours dispatch or any of the other reasons we have had drivers run for us for over 6 years. (As long as we have been open) So, you did tell some truth. I really don't know who you are or what your discrepancy is with pay but you can contact your dispatcher and he will be happy to give you my email so I can get with accounting to see what happened, if any wrong has been done. You don't have a lean (actually spelled lien) on any of my equipment and you can feel free to tell your "very good lawyer" to contact me via emial or mail as well. I have over 100 people working to make money either driving, dispatching, brokering or accounting and they would not agree with this being a bad place to work. I am very sorry your 2 month commitment ran out but I wish you well with your next company. If you will excuse me, I must get back to work to ensure those 100 people have a job and a paycheck in this continually growing company. Even in a recession we have come from employing 2 people to around 100 in the last 6 years.
