We called for extra pillows due to my bad back and after a two hour wait, we were told there were NO extra pillows!
We called for cold drinks to be delivered to our room only to be told there was NO room service (this was after trying for twenty-minutes on the phone after pressing the button marked "ROOM SERVICE") .... we were told there was a store about two blocks away (at 9:30 p.m. in downtown
Were told there are NO vending machines available either! There are NO ice machines available either! BUT, they did (somehow?) bring us a bucket of ice! So we were able to drink WATER from the bathroom!
Oh, and the bath towels are the size of ones a small child would be able to use .... GOD forbid we would ask for more towels.....
My opinion this is typical example of SW foreigners being involved in the management and ownership of hotels in this country!
DO NOT STAY HERE, there are many more nicer hotels available with much more truthful advertised places to stay!
