American Express did there magic and reversed the charges. I am one of the lucky ones that got 100% of my money back after 6 months.

I also reported this company they stole my money in November. Now the finance company above is sending me letters regarding my monthly eft, that I have not paid. I reported them to the BBB, FTC and the Colorado & Pennsylvania Attorney General.
Here's a copy of the e-mail the Finance company sent me. What a scam, these companies are in it together.

Dear Mr. XXXXXX,
We process payments for the company that financed what was believed to be your purchase of a pool table on 11/24/08 through Ultimate Game Room. At that time, our records show that you authorized the third party billing company (us) to draft your monthly loan repayment amount of $187.35 electronically from your checking account.

I am forwarding a copy of your email to your financing company, MyArcPay and asking them to verify your claim that the financed product was never received. We cannot cancel your account until we have authorization from MyArcPay to do so. We can see that you stopped authorization but you should know that until we receive such notice from MyArcPay, you will continue to receive late notices from us and may be sent to collection once your account goes 90 days past due.

I ordered a pool table from Pool Tables Direct in Sept 08. paid $3,177.00. The Delivery date kept pushing out to the right. Have sent several e-mails and tried to call with no response. I have notified my credit card company, have filed a report with the Colorado Better Business Bureau, FBI at IC3.gov, Colorado Consumer Fraud Agency at http://www.ago.state.co.us/consline/consline.cfm.html, e-mailed the Colorado Attorney Generals Office and filed a complaint with my local police dept to assist Colorado El Paso county Sheriffs Dept.
