On June 2, 2010, I ordered what appeared, in picture and description, to be a DVD and VCR combo player. When I received item, it was only the front panel of the player.

The price was comparable to other DVD/VCR players, so I believed it to be one, not just one small part of the player. The picture was of a VCR/DVD player.

I emailed the merchant several times. I only got a response once, which said "from the description, it clearly indicates a Front Panel of some sort. What indication did you get this was a VHS / DVD Player?" The description he referred to was in abbreviations that may be clear to him, but were not clear to me. Also, that description was not on the web page I ordered from.

I was going by the picture and description on the website. I asked for a refund and sent the item back by registered mail. It was delivered to the Y Service Company by the USPS on July 9. I asked again for a refund on July 14, but have received no response.
