I wish I knew about this site before i ordered this scam. After reading this i called the company right away and attempted to cancell the order.theyreally are snotty I was very polite to these people and said nothing to them about reading ripoff reports and i just don't understand how these people can be allowed to do buisness I wish someone could tell me if there really is a buisness opp.

out there that is serious and dose not take a huge intial investment to start. From the call i made to cancell the order I get the feeling that i am not going to get my money back i used a debit card to purchase it and my bank told me i can't stop payment on a debit purchase. this really sucks.

I have to let them take the money before i can dispute it and even then i autherized the transaction so i can't even dispute it,even if i say i cancelled the order my bank will tell me i'll have to deal with them to get a refund.I was totally taken for a ride. i started reading these reports and my heart just sank. i was so looking foreward to having a little extra income coming in i wasnt expecting to make 4 grand a month, i just wanted a little extra cash. I need a real buisness oppritunity that truly gives what you put into it.

C'mon, "Crystal": A multi-level "promote an ISP" scheme? Is there ANYTHING that hasn't been the subject of multi-level...errr, excuse me....network marketing promitions?

This country and Canada have been multi-leveled to death. The concept hasn't been lastingly successful in the past, isn't now, and never will be.

General comment and specific response to Randy from New Haven, DC

AUTHOR: Crystal - ()

I just received Tiran Zaken's Brochure in the mail and I must say, his ad copy is very good. He knows just the right buzzwords to use and how to come off so sincere that you find yourself believing him and start getting excited about the possibilities.... Even though you've been there before and gotten ripped off. Haven't we all been there, done that...?

Thank God, I must have learned something from my past mistakes, because I had the good sense, suspicion, whatever you want to call it, to do a search on the Internet and came across this site.

You are performing a great service, Ripoff Report!
Thank you for people banding together, reporting this and in the least preventing others from getting scammed. I sincerely hope and wish that every one of you will get their money back.

Like most of you, I don't understand why this guy is still in business? Has anybody, who's been scammed by him, reported him to the FTC or Better Business Bureau in N.Y. and California?

Randy, I can totally understand where you're coming from. I think most of us here are looking for an honest business that we can run from home.

I myself have been involved with a number of programs that sounded good, but never delivered. Some of them did not necessarily have bad intentions, but just did not have the necessary funds or business experience to proceed in a timely manner and often just didn't make it.

What would you say, if I told you about a home-based business I'm involved in, where I'm actually making money. Started out slow, but it's getting better and better.

Best of all, it does not take any start-up capital :-) It is a service we all are already using and paying for - just most of us are paying too much and not getting enough value for our money.

Not only could you receive that service, probably at a much higher quality for at least 1/3 less than you're paying now....

PLUS... you also have the opportunity to generate a growing MONTHLY RESIDUAL income for yourself! I could tell you how much money you could make potentially, it's definitely five figures monthly; but I don't want to give you any hype. We all know that in the real world you build your business and your income gradually, so it will grow from month to month and if you're persistent and stick with it, you'll reach those high numbers in a relatively short time.

If you truly are looking for an honest company that is fully financed (no debts), has the wherewithall to put more money into it, has already the infrastructure in place for unprecedented growth, offers you many tools to grow your business fast and genuinely cares about their members, has the greates customer support and leaders with integrety that work with you as a team, so you're never all on your own - then you owe it to yourself to take a closer look.

I don't want to sound like a commercial, because this is not the right forum for it. I just feel for you, because I've been there myself and I'd like to help and offer a way for you to be successful too. So if you'd like more info on this unique home-based business, please send a blank e-mail to:

WiseUp@automarketic.com

...and within a few minutes (most of the time) you'll get an e-mail from me that contains all the details, including my personal e-mail and phone number, so you can contact me if you have any questions.

I wish you Randy and everyone else here who was gracious enough to share their experience, the fortitude to fight for what's right and not give up. There are still a few honest businesses out there.

God bless you all!

With kindest regards,
Crystal

P.S.
Dear Editor, besides posting this message, could you please forward it to Randy's e-mail address.
Thank you for your time.

EDitor's Comment .. Tri, a question for you

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 17, 2002

Dear Tri, can I call you Tri?

It's Rip-off Reports policy the victims ONLY give their first name, city and state. If you really wanted to, you could figure out who most of the victims are.

Here's a question for you. How come we have over 300 e-mailed complaints to the Rip-off Report and over 60 Rip-off Reports filed against you? Are they all liars? Hmmmm?

Obviously not everyone agrees that your one of the best in B2B relations.

We have all their information to contact them, only if you are willing to refund their money.

Tri, give us a special contact number and person to deal with, to give a complete refund for all the people who feel ripped off, and we will have them contact you immediately. But you won't do that, will you?

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company

most likely, you were not eligible for a refund

AUTHOR: tiran - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, October 16, 2002

Dear Randy,

Apparently, each person who submit to the internet, is not willing to provide his full name, and therefore it's almost impossible to find out about you in our records, and to attempt to help you out in your dispute.

Furthermore, most likely, you were not eligible for a refund, according to a contract you signed, which was your order form.

It is unfortunate, that people, who most likely did not even try to make the business work, but are doing a very good job in ruining for everyone else.

To your information, our associates close deals almost every week. Those who understand, that a home business is just like any other business, in one difference - less expenses, are the ones who make the money. The others, who dream on "easy money" or "money for nothing" does NOT have any chance in this business, or in any other.

Our customer service is one of the best in B2B relations. We don't teach our people to be nice, we hire them as nice people.

About your dispute - you can submit a special refund request to our office manager. We are all human beings, and in our company, the compassion and care we give to clients are above all policies and business condacts. HOWEVER, if you make threats, like some of you did, there is no chance to get us "bent" and give you a refund which you're not eligible to recieve.

You are all invited to visit our offices, meet the staff, read thank-you letters from enormous amount of clients.

One last word: You should be careful when you decide to open a home business operation. Not because of the companies who offer it, but because of your own personality. No company will spend money on associates, before they prove themselves to be profitable. That is why every company will request a deposit or an investment. If you don't have what it takes - persistence, persuasion and patience - may we suggest that you go to work for someone else. Do not sign in as an associate with us, if you cannot do your part of the deal.

Graciously yours,

Tiran Zaken

The Zaken Company

P.S. Maybe instead of hiding under fictious names, either give your full names or send your requests to our offices at: Phn: 818.998.6697 or Fax 818.998.0012

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Don't be too quick to give up....

AUTHOR: The Fraud Chick - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, October 15, 2002

Debit cards fall under the guidelines of ACH debit fraud. Yes, you did give authorization but you did it in response to a liei.e., fraud. Go back to your bank and ask for an ACH Fraud form and fill it out immediately. You have 30 to 60 days at most banks. Demand your bank give you a full refund a full refund.

Then report the scoundrels to the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov.

Good Luck!
