Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They advertised pre-sale Harry Potter play tickets for New York City. They claimed they would notify you as soon as they were available. The tickets went on sale oct 5, 2017. I relied on them for an alert. They alerted 10 days later once all the legitimate tickets had been sold out. Now they told me pre-sale tickets were $2000 each for cheap seats. I knew this wasn't right so I investigated and realized I was scammed. I learned I missed the real release date :( no Harry Potter for me thanks to this scam company. I am so disappointed.

Not sure where you got your information, but from the OFFICIAL SITE the latest set of tickets went on sale on 10/18.

If you were alerted 10 days later (10/15) that is still 3 days BEFORE the sale on the 18th. If you continue reading that page from the OFFICIAL site you will see that they will have additional ticket releases and you need to sign up to hear about them.
You will also see that starting with the previews every Friday at 1PM they will release 40 tickets for $40 each. Now, this is a lottery system and you will have another 1000-2000 people hoping for the same tickets(I've done this type of thing before). But if you have availability, and get your name drawn you can score some pretty good seats.
