Beware of their auto-renew clause. I opened an account over two years ago and never did anything with it (seriously not one blog). I apparently missed the first "auto-renew", and they just tried again to charge me yet another $97 for a year of service I am not receiving. I contacted them expecting a quick, simple resolution. The cocky customer service representative CANCELLED my service, then tried to charge me half of their fee, anyways. Crooked, crooked, crooked. Go with Bluehost. They are cheaper and the customer service is amazing.
