THEBLOGWAY Major Ripoff Internet

I paid the initial $4.97, nothing on the site stated I would be charged anything else, 3 days later $77.00 was charged to my credit card.  I called the company made a complaint, I was told that was their policy, I told them that was not stated on the site, then I was offered half of the $77.00 dollars only, when I asked why only half I was told that was also company policy and it would take 7 to 10 days for it to be put back and to keep checking my email, so far nothing has happened.
