I read their information sounded super fabulous too me but the site had real poor structure I thought for once then I also thought that sometimes people get along with bad designers could be because of that, then I noticed the price difference between actual price and the promotion price sounded little fishy to me then I again my poor judgment just thinking a lot of companies give promotions like this in the market and most of them are right.

So I ended up signing up and paying $119.00 to this crook company. After my signup I received the order email with no order# on their and just price, my billing information and a contact# different from what is listed on their site. So I carried on with my work I wanted to build a resume website as well so I started looking for hosting service and I came along a website which told me all about this crook company.

In the mean time I received an email from this company asking me for some very general resume questions that even a fifth grade school kid can also know about. Sounded very fishy to me I sent them an email telling them that this what I came across and I need an explanation. No response was their for few minutes. I picked up my phone and called came across a lady that was listed as crook too on that site name DEBBIE CHAVEZ. Her explanation again sounded fishy and not what I wanted to hear the conversation was lead to a different segment. So I told her I am not interested and I want my money back. She asked me to send her the email why I wanted the refund and you should see the refund on your credit card in 7-10 business days. Then I told her that when you have to charge me it is in seconds and when it comes to refund it takes what 10 days.

If I don't see the refund in 24-72 hour I promise make sure that your company pays off a very good price in the market. I did that and also asked them for a confirmation#, and did not receive anything called them talked someone but not DEBBIE the guy said call back at 3:00 pm to talk to DEBBIE. I did call them again at 3 pm but guess what their was a voice mail I left to messages to them one very nicely and the other one threatening them to take them to court if I don't get my money. So no response. ANYONE TRYING TO USE THEIR SERVICE DON'T DO THE MISTAKE I DID.

I am the sales manager at theous corporation. We are not crooks. Watch what you say do full investigation before you say things that are not true. We have gets hundreds of orders on a daily basis and we have lots of happy customers, but with lots of orders there are a few who have some issues which we will always do our best to help out. This is how the resume process works. How can we write you a resume if we do not know anything about you. So you must tell us about yourself, otherwise how can we write a resume for you. So that is why we send you a questionaire. Just because we send you a questionaire you say it "sounded very fishy" ... come on..

You have not given us a chance to do our part of the agreement yet. You paid us to write your resume, however how can we write your resume if we dont know anything about you. Either send us an old resume or answer the questions we sent so we can start working on your resume.

After we work on your resume if you have questions about it we can always answer your question.

Now the resume does take time to do. It is not immediate.

If you want a refund we send it to the billing department and they handle the refund. As long as we have not started the work yet we will refund your money. Please contact albert@theous.com directly for a refund. We will refund you as long as no work has started.

I was asked to remove this report by one of the mangers at theous so they can refund others money like mine.
