 Have purchased 5 rc heilcopters in two seperate orders. All helicopters workgood. Two of the remotes, one in each order were faulty. Had to argue with company to return. I had to pay the shipping for their bad products. When they came back , still didn`t work! Called complained, got them to send another remote . That one works good. Asked about the one they still owe me. Responce was

, We gave you 5 remotes. My return time has expired. We dont have another one to send you. Guess the 2 bad ones they didn`t want back is my replacement for the good 1 they still owe me.
