After signing up to receive a promotional water filtration machine, and agreeing to being surveyed about the product, I had a machine installed in my house in 2007. They said I would receive a bill, but per my Purchase Agreement, the payment was deferred 1 year and would be taken care of by Sederon. I received statements from a credit card company I did not sign up with showing there was a deferred balance for $5300. As the year went on, I continued receiving statements and the balance remained unpaid. To my surprise, I received a bill the following year (this past February) for $6500!!!
I contacted Sederon, aka THM, and received little response. Finally a letter came stating they were have cash flow issues and wanted to send me checks to pay the bill for the "free" machine!! To top things off they sent two checks and both were late, so now my credit is being affected and I had to take money from my own account to get the account back under the limit and paid on time. No money has come in since, and I am now paying for this thing myself!!!!
I found many many other people in my shoes....former employees, investors and many more. Please stay away from this company....they will rip you off and then drag you around in it until you are out of money!

I am a victim of the exact same water filtration system fraud along with at least 13 others. Very shortly I will be filing a Consumer Complaint with the Attorney Generals office as well as a Private Criminal Complaint in Chester County. Sederon is located in Montgomery County, however criminal complaints must be filed in the county in which the crime took place.
The more victims that come forward and file formal complaints, the courts will be more likely to take action. Anyone wishing to come forward or require information for filing formal complaints, please contact me at (((ROR redacted)))
