Michele Nagy's house is in foreclosure. She was denied refinancing by both State Bank of Herscher and the Federal Government. She then tried to file a discrimination claim, which was also denied. She is harrassing employees of the State Bank of Herscher, calling them at their homes and threatening them. Attached is a snapshot of the court FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS and her FELONY CONVICTION.

Yes, people do change, however you Michele will NEVER change. You were just convicted less than 1 yer ago, and you are still forging documents, lying to get your way and threatening and harrassing people. You have not paid on the house in over 3 years, therefore you will soon lose it. You are living with a criminal Trenton, which is fitting since you yourself are a criminal. You both have filed bankruptcy, recently and you havent held a steady job. No bank will approve a loan modification. It seems funny to me that Michele Nagy even posted the original thread. The court ruled that the father have custody because Michele was unfit, due to her long string of job hopping and her drug problem. Then, when it suddenly became convenient to be a mother again, she blew through $300,000 of her grandfathers money fighting to get Olivia back. She did win, and a few years later when Olivia seemed to be an inconvenience again, she gave her back to Tom. Michele has paid no child support since giving Olivia back to her father.

Michele has also been indicted on Federal Felony Identity theft charges in Kankakee County (case number 2011 CF 000081) for embezzling $100,000 from her previous employer, and the State of Illinois is investigating her for Welfare fraud as well.

She has had dozens of jobs, as she cannot keep one for more than 2 years, the same thing she was accusing Tom about. She also is currently "squatting" in the house in bonfield which is currently in foreclosure. She has not made a payment in over a year.

It is clear that Michele Nagy does not hate dead beat dads as much as she says she does since she has one (Trenton Schmidt) currently living with her. He was arrested in January and filed bankruptcy in march of this year and has not paid Angela child support in over a year.

So who is the real deadbeat Michele? YOU ARE! And shame on you for having sex (and getting pregnant) with a married man. Trashy.

Thomas A. Finnen Jr. Owes is a real dead beat dad whom can't hold a job for more than 8 months. He just QUITS! His last 3 jobs were WELL PAID with union benefits but he just up and quit.

He currently owes his daughter $6,300 in back support for 2005 and $3,888 for 2006 that he stopped paying in May because he quit his job. He has also been evicted from his apartment in Orland Park @ shagbark for eviction notices; is renting a house in Orland Hills. Boy We sure hope the owners read this. Must be nice to be supported from his girlfriends family and use his baby's baptism money.

He has declared bankruptcy 3 times. 1X-chapter 7 and 2X's chapter 13's. He also has 1 son whom he owes $3800 in back child support with his Just recently divorced wife on June 29th 2006 2 daughter whom he owes thousands in child support and a 3rd new baby with his girlfriend Jaime Michalivch.
