I am not exaggerating anything.Contact me directly and i can give you the details of what this guy is.

Tom is a typical craiglist fraudster.Very upfront with the money, lied that he had employees while he had none,he'd go on craigs list, find someone for a one day's job, doesn't pay the guy,the guy quits on him and he goes out for another one and doesn't pay and the cycle continued,and so i had a bunch of these guys coming to my office looking for me to help them hunt down Tom.Joe was God sent and warned me against this scammer but i chose not to believe him because i had already paid this scammer, a decision that i greatly regret now.Tom has no clue what the word respect means, not self and not for people's business.

One guy he brought in to paint the walls told me he'd never done that in his life and did a complete shoddy job, i was about to stop him when he himself decided to stop because he had no idea what he was doing and he was starting to feel uneasy that i was watching,These are moments that i tried to get a hold of Tom and he wouldn't answer the phone.Tom himself messed up our carpet so bad that made me know he knew nothing about painting and now we will have to replace the entire area of carpet near where he worked on.Never showed up when he said he would and when asked he'd come up with a series of lies.

The day i'd had enough of these lies and i was going to fire him he showed up with a woman named Christine who introduced herself as the project manager and then assured me that he'd handle this from a  woman's perspective and would make Tom expedite the process but she never did.All she ever did was come strongly on his defense even when she didn't know what was being discussed.You are an accomplise to this as well.And if you call yourself a project manager, i comfortably change title to Fraud manager. I don't know what woman would hang around a man like this.

He told us he'd recently completed a project in a day care center but we came to realize that was another lie.You don't have to be a contractor to know the size of a toilet in a 1 year olds classroom.

After sitting on my money for a whole month he and Christine had the audacity to tell me that the reason the work was not progressing as scheduled was because there weren't people available to do the job.Another reason they'd come up with was of his medical condition.After the number of years he claims to have been in the business Tom and Christine have no clue that any of those reasons were none of my business.They took my money under pretense of having everything it took to accomplish the work.Who takes people's money knowing they are medically unfit? He knows very little about the city requirement on building permits but claims he's been in the business since 1991.

He lies a lot about things that are totally unnecessary, for example one of the guys that he didn't pay finally got a hold of him and the only lie he could sell to him was that he'd already dropped my contract when to me he tells me the work will be finished in a day.The city provided him a list of items required to obtain a building permit but lied to me that the city had already okeyed everything he submitted and he was only waiting for a call back from the city to go pick up the permit just so that he could get the second payment installment after doing nothing.All the work that was some sinks, increase the wall size and install a mini toilet.He did none of that only started on the walls which he never even finished but refused to refund the money.

He is such a coward, he didn't even have the courage to face me and tell me that he had no intention of completing this job.Wasted a whole 65 days of my business time then went behind my back to tell another person that had worked for him( (when the guy demanded  payment) that he had dropped our contract,of course the guy knew him as a pathetic liar.He texted the guy this  while at the same time  me telling me he was  on his way to finish the job. In my entire life i have never seen a 61 year old dude with this kind of character.I tolerated him for this long until he pushed me to start calling him names. Even at that point, he didn't realize anything he'd done wrong and offered zero apology but to attacked my christianity. He's aged but never grown.All the $9k that i paid Tom has gone down the drain and left me with  tons of damage.The little work he did, i hired someone to re-do everything.

Tom and Christine you will never get away with this!
