Thomas B. Smiley Commonwealth Investment and Development Corp. Scam Artist and Bottom Feeder Las Vegas, Nevada

I work for a car dealership in Henderson, NV. Thomas B. Smiley brought his 1999 SL 500 in for service, and we performed a lot of work on the car, to the tune of over $7,000. Then Tom Smiley (the car was actually in his company's name - Commonwealth Investment & Development Corp.) asked us to store the car for him and we did this for a number of months. After many attempts to get paid, we discovered he had gone to a car and tiltle loan company and borrowed $6,000 against the value of the car, and pledged the car as collateral for the loan.

Our entire bill was over $10,000. Due to a wrinkle in the law, we were unable to get possession of the car, and so we lost a lot of money because this liar and con man screwed us (when he was actually trying to screw the Title Loan company, whose name is 'Uncle Bob's Title Loans' - check it out, as they sued him and got a judgment in Clark County District Court fo over $14,000!!!!!).

So, if anyone is reading this, BEWARE of Tom Smiley and Commonwealth.They are liars and thieves. His fraud meant I did not get a bonus last year.
