Thomas Kielbasinki Tutorselect Somerset Pennsylvania

WE STRONGLY RECOMMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL!!! We hired Thomas Kielbasinki on 12/2/16 to do a forensic science project using the sketch up software program. We paid him an upfront fee requested by him of $55.00 to commence the project after sharing a rough drawing by e-mail of what we wanted accomplished in sketchup. Thomas' profile on tutorselect represented that he was an expert using the sketchup software. On 12/4/16, Thomas sent us an incomplete, inaccurate, unfinished, 2d drawing from sketchup that looked like it had been completed by a 10 year old child. We immediately contacted Thomas and informed him that was not what we envisioned the project to look like and we had wanted the project done in 3D. Thomas gave indications that he was not the expert he said he was, but assured us that it was not a problem to complete the project, and that he would provide us with the 3D rendering of the drawing later that evening by 6 pm. We will take some responsibility that we did not communicate as clearly as we should have as far as what the final project should look like, but we thought that Thomas being a professional, would not deliver something that was very basic and incomplete. Thomas had assured us that he would give our project the highest priority since it was due on 12/5/16.

Around 7:15 pm on 12/4, we still had not heard from Thomas concerning the completion of the project and decided to give him a call. He did not answer the telephone, but immediately texted us back and said he was no longer doing the project and to not contact him anymore. When we protested, Thomas stated that he had already completed the project with the initial incomplete sketch he had given us, and he then referred us to his non refund policy on his profile page if we were unsatisfied. We reminded Thomas of his promise to complete the project in 3d, and threatened to file a formal complaint against him with tutorselect. Thomas showed his true colors by stating he didn't care what we were about to do; however, he subsequently threatened to take legal actions against us if we pursued the complaint. When we continued our pursuit in complaining to him via text about not delivering what he had promised, Thomas then came up with a story that he had an emergency come up which was the reason why he was unable to complete what we had wanted. He then said we had also provided him with imcomplete information.  

We continued to remind Thomas of his pledge that he would have the 3D project completed by 6pm on 12/4, but he became very defensive when we questioned him on why he did not contact us if he had a so-called emergency. Thomas never answered the question as to why he did not inform us of his so called emergency other than to say it was none of our business. After going back and forth with him via text, and finally telling him that he was a liar and a fraudster for not delivering as promised, Thomas again threatened legal action against us for defamation of character and attempting to ruin his business, which is a joke. We will continue to pursue our complaint against Thomas with the proper authorities to ensure he does not defraud anyone else.
