This scam artisit name is THOMAS POST. I am sure that is a fake name, but this is the name he uses to pull off his scams.

He advertises on craigslist. He lies and says that he can remove your bad credit and add primary tradelines.

This is one of his ads:

I ordered a credit sweep and all 3 primary tradelines for $1,300. When the deadline came in February he kept pushing back the date. As of February 17, 2014 he refusues to answer his phone or return my calls. He has the nerve to continue to advertise after he has scammed several people that I know. Please put the word out on this scammer. He must be stopped and captured.
