I was hurt on a third-party accident at DFW, while at work. I secured Mr. Wincorn as attorney, and signed a contract for representation as such. We had a interview the the third-party's attorney, back in February of 2014. After several phone calls, e-mails, wondering what was going on. I then get a letter, with all my documentation. "You can find another attorney, I won't be representing you". This attorney, and hisi paralegls, didn't do sh***!! Don't use this guy, run from him !!!
