Thompson And Associates PC Rip you off even with a payment plan Lawrence Massachusetts

Made a payment arrangement with this company. Was told to call 48 hours prior to 1st payment as i told them right off I couldn't afford what they wanted and could only pay half. Called 48 hours prior and was told the individual I spoke to was fired. I spoke to him on Fri and Sat and by Wed he was gone!!! Made a new arrangement was told the old one was deleted and yet checked my bank account and not only did they take the new payment but the old one as well which sent me negative with fees in my account. I called them and was told they were going to reverse the old payment back. Called back as I was told I would be called right back and never was and got some guy trying to double talk me the whole time. Then it was by that evening or the next morning they should have an answer on the reversal. Had to call my bank and tell them and now have to wait to have all refunded. They told me I didn't want to mess up on the first payment what about them!!!!
