Guests should beware of the Three Bears Guest Flophouses on Hawthorne Ave and Iris Ave in Boulder, Colorado run by Landlady Grace Porritt

The Three Bears Guest Flophouse in Boulder really doesn't look like a flophouse from the outside, and the nightly rent is relatively cheap, but the one night that I spent there last month on the third floor (I cut a 3-night stay to a 1-night stay) was pretty creepy.

It was the mice and the rats. Under the bed.  Under the mattress. Under the sheets. Over the sheets. Over my face. First just one.  Then several. Then a herd. A group of rats really is called a “mischief.”  A "swarm" is also an appropriate name.

I experienced a “swarm of mischief” at the Three Bears Guest Flophouse on Hawthorne Ave in Boulder, Colorado run by Landlady Grace Porritt.  You should not sleep in a toxic cesspool like I did; even for one night.
