i was saved from this company because the ripoffreport, my wife got the job and something sounded fishy, did a little detective work on the internet, discovered three lions marketing is just their new name. i am writing this report so the name change will not give them a clean slate to work with. below is the report that someone else had to go thru, poor sap.

Worthy Marketing Group, aka CYDCOR is a scam. I spent 6 months in the business, dont ask why. I was sold on the opportunity, but came to realize it was a bunch of crap.

After your first round interview, that will consist of a bunch of broad questions, you will be told that you may be called back for a second interview. If you have two arms, and two legs, youll most likely be called back.

The second interview is nothing but a sale. The person, or leader, or campaign manager taking you out is selling you on the business. They want you there to be apart of their team because thats what gets you promoted, team building aka PYRAMID. Theyll use all the tecniques that they use in a regular sale. At some point in the day they will "break down the company" showing you how income can be endless. They will say you will mnake 4-800 bux a week. I will Guarantee you make less than 200 a week.

You work long hours; 13, or 14 hours a day, work straight commishin, won't get reimbursed for gas, or any other expense you might have. I saw two people have their car repossesed. I myself now have a healthy debt thanks to this scam. I lived in a apartment with three others from work, one of them was the owner. It was gross, we were living on ther edge of poverty.

I will say I learned good sales and work ehic at my time with the company. Its not worth it though, stay away from this place. You will lose your money, friends and family. It is cult like.

Terry,

I have a few questions for you. First why are you bringing in so many people for an interview at once? Why did you ask FOUR to stay? Why did only TWO stay?

Do you pay base and commision? If you dont, and you work your employees the regular hours Cydcor and it's affiliates ask, why did you say that 400 is the LEAST someone would make? If they work 60 hours a week at a base pay of 6.15 (this is florida base pay) then shouldent they be pulling 562.00 with over time wages? Do you even PAY overtime wages? What is the percentage of your ex employees recived last paychecks and W2's?

What is your website? How many job ads do you have your admin post a day?

Just wondering, it will help me beef up my investigation into "companies" like yours. I have reported Most of the ones (all the ones i know of) in Jacksonville to the local news channel and i hope to stop this madness from happening to unsuspecting kids.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

3 lions is not affiliated with Worthy marketing

AUTHOR: Terry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 01, 2006

I would like to set the record straight by stating i have nothing to do with Worthy Marketing Group.

I run my own company. I am affiliated with Cydcor. Cydcor has relationships with many high profile clients such as Bellsouth and through my relationship with Cydcor i have Bellsouth as a client here in this location.

If you 'google' cydcor as i presume you have you will see positive and negative reports. As each office is run by the manager, such as myself, it obviously means a manager makes all the decisions. Unfortunately in the past some managers made bad decisions, did not act with the highest integrity and made mistakes which caused some negative reactions. A lot of the managers featured in these reports are no longer in business (Worthy marketing being one).

As well as there being reports by people whose situation could have been handled better there are lots of stories by people blaming others for their mistakes. I am sorry but if you dont make enough money to cover bills then why stay in that situation? If you cannot manage your finances and you get your car repossessed as these stories say then that is bad personal finance management.

There are a large number of people doing well in the company, not just a few success stories as these sites will have you believe.

I run my company in accordance with my peronal values. I would like to feel i go into details with each candidate, and they get first hand experience of the sales and the opportunity to ask questions before any decisions are made.

I treat everybody with integrity in the company.

I do not hire 'anybody with a pulse'. This last week i was hiring and did 41 first round interviews and i only invited back 15 people for a second round interview. From those 15 i offered 4 positions, and 2 accepted.

I do not hire people to 'make me money'. I am hiring people to grow the business. A larger sales force will increase sales, obviously, but will most importantly grow the office to a point where we can expand and provide more representation to our clients. A larger more productive office will increase profits but the representatives have to do well in order for that to happen.

Everybody does start at entry level and has the opportunity to progress into management through merit. I started at the position i am now hiring for and it took me 14 months to move into management from when i started.

Unlike some of these reports will have you believe in my office i do not have people making less than $400 a week. Most are making 4 - 850 a week at entry level. As in any company, management positions are higher paying.

I am teaching people to move into management so allowing people to mis manage finances so poorly they get into serious debt like some of these reports tell does not happen in my company.

I run a company i am proud of and am happy to answer any questions people may have.
