I have a series problem with this company. First I was unaware of the different levels of purchases needed to use the product, but that’s not nearly my problem. This company is a “SCAM.” I purchased this product 09-26-2016, and after reviewing and realizing this wasn’t the platform for me, I asked for a refund. This should have been a simple return. Instead, I have been given the run-around. Repeatedly I was told to remove the software from my computer, in which, I never got as far as to install the software on my computer, and even if I had an actual running copy, they should have the ability to deactivate my account. I explained I was not using their product and would like a full refund and up to this point, I have yet to receive it!! Please stay away from this company and look elsewhere unless you like donating money to a non-charitable organization. Order # 64826

Thrives seems to be a very good company, their code is tight, and works great with word press Only purchased and installed a few weeks ago.

Even though I purchased all of their products in just the last couple of weeks, it was clear to me when making the purchasing decision that thre would be a charge after the first year was over. If a cutomer wants to they can let them know ahead of time, and they won't be charged for the products they purcahse.

Having used various word press plug ins, and themes, you would search hard to find commercial products that integrate with word press web sites that are as good as what this company offers.

They have a very good knowledge database. Lots of tutorials, and a helpful community for questions, along with being able to submit questions for help as a member. I can't speak of how they were long ago, but currently they are very good, and someone would have a hard time finding faster solutions to questions for their products.

I understand the difference between previous content builder and what is now Architect. And yes that did take me some extra work in the last week to poke around and learn some basics compared to a recorded training from another source, it was just a learning curve.

My comments are that they are a good company. You want to limit the number of plugins you add to a word press website so as to not slow it down, but integrrations and tight code are what make them better than free or other commercial products someone can purchase from this company.

One thing to mention is that by default, if you were to accept this, there would be a two year charge. That you can set for a one year charge, and if you scroll down just a little, that can even be reduced to a charge every three months. I went with the one year charge, and just made a note of it, along with dozens of other products that have similar terms.

This is pretty much becoming the norm these days with automatic renewals, that are clearly listed when somene makes a purchases.

Highly recommend them. Just know if using their Architect, you may need to spend some extra time with basic training videos on thier site, or pose questions, that will be answered fast.

Specific to the complaint listed. None of the products would work unless you copied the confirmation number and had it installed on wordpress website, (doesn't have to be word press prime site), but sites that make use of word press. Unless, you are purcahsing to build and sell the site to others. You can use the same password link they provide for multiple sites if they are ones you build for your own personal or business use.

For the person that filed this complaint, unless this process is new in the last few weeks, then it should not be difficult to confirm you actually made use of their product. If using an autoresponder, you would need to make use of the API connection by going back to Thrives. This installs with just about every decent autoresponder currently on the market, and security if you know some basics with word press make this a nice add on to basic word press provided items.
