 My gym Rock N Fitness has let those scammers at Thryve Fitness Solutions run their personal training services out of their gym and swindle hard working people out of their money. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAININGN WITH THRYVE! My friends and I were happily working out here when we were approached by Jason, who is now FIRED from the company. He smooth talked us into a free hour training session. We all took the session and decided we would like to try the training services. He promised to take my measurements and write me a workout plan. The first session came. No measurements, no written workout. So I asked him if we could do measurements and written workout next time? He said yes definitely. Next session came and went. No measurements, no written workout. And I had been getting annoyed and was going to bring it up the next session. Then, I found out Jason was no longer with the company and I was to be passed off to another triainer! I was not happy about his but I went with it. The first session with the trainer was cancelled one hour before I was supposed to go. Then after that, he had little to no availability and absolutely no flexibility because he had to take on all this clientele from the fired trainer. I contacted Thryve about a refund since they did not provide the services I asked for. They keep trying to get me another trainer. Yet, three trainers that were there have quit because they told us Thryve was not paying them and also forcing them to sign up more and more clientele when they were already overbooked.
