I purchased tickets for this event on March 8, 2012. The date of the concert was November 4, 2012. I paid for Express Delivery.
I received a reminder on October 25th that the performance was coming soon, with links to get driving directions and how to contact them if there is a problem.
I emailed that I have not received the tickets purchased 7 months ago. Received an email back that tickets were available on October 31 and would be delivered by 12:00 a.m. November 4th.
These tickets were purchased March 8, 2012. Paid $25 express delivery.
I called and talked to customer service the day before the event. He told me that he had spoken to the hotline department. They are supposed to email me electronic tickets the next morning, November 4th, which was the day of the performance of Celtic Thunder at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA.
The next morning the tickets had not been emailed, so I called the hot line again. Then I emailed them also. I received a call back that they were emailing the tickets for electronic download, however there is a problem. The tickets were for seats in Row P, 3 rows back from the seats that I had purchases, which were for Row M. I asked why and he said he did not know why this happened.
He said they would refund all service charge fees and $200 for the tickets being 3 rows behind what I had purchased.
This has been a terrible experience!! I was so excited in March to purchase the tickets. I paid $1,233 for two tickets for Celtic Thunder. By the time we went to the concert, I was so aggravated over not receiving the tickets and then having to settle for less than I had purchased, that I did not enjoy the concert nearly as much as I should have.
I really wish I had checked out this company's reputation before purchasing from them.
