Ticket Monster and georgeampitheatre.com Misleading website, leads you to believe you are purchasing tickets direct from the venue and you are not. New York, New York. Internet

When searching online for The Gorge Ampitheatre and event ticket sale, the website that comes up looks like it is the actual venue, the spelling of the venue online is off by one letter, georgeampitheater instead of gorgeamphiteater and it is not. It directs you to ticket sales leading you to believe you are purchasing tickets direct from the venue but you are actually purchasing them from TICKETMONSTER which is a reseller. In order to use the tickets from TICKETMONSTER.COM you must download and print them to take to the venue. When I realized after purchasing the tickets  that i wasn't purchasing the tickets direct from the venue I called TICKET MONSTER and they told me if my credit card had not been charged as of yet and the fact that I hadn't downloaded and printed the tickets I would not be charged. At the time of the conversation my credit card had not been charged. Believing what I was told, I found the actual venue website and purchased tickets for face value. I checked my credit card today and the charge from TICKET MONSTER was on my account. I received a call from the company today stating I would NOT be receiving a credit even though I had not downloadEd and or printEd the tickets. The gentleman I spoke with told me that it states in bold lettering on the homepage of their website that no credits or returns are allowed, I checked and it is not on the homepage, you have to search for it. It boils down to the fact that their website GEORGEAMPITHEATER.COM which directs you to TICKETMONSTER.COM leads you to believe that you are dealing directly from the venue and it is not,  is FALSE ADVERTISING and designed to confuse the even the most intelligent of people and the fact that I was told I would not be charged because I  did not download and print the tickets and was charged, I am disputing the charge on my credit card and hope to receive credit for the tickets.
