I had purchased falsely advertised tickets for "Canada Day Boat Party 2017 | Official Mega Party!" As I always keep proof of purchase I took screen shots of not only what I purchase, but along with full detail descriptions as well. When we had arrived at the designated location of the tickets, there was no boat boarding and my entire Canada Day 150th Anniversary had been ruined due to this. I had requested my money back, which was quite fair considering they falsely advertised the event! However, Ticket Zone, along with the company of Ticket and Events kept putting me off to eachother as it was not their issue and the others' website. I had opened a merged email to both parties and they had still declined to repay for their falsely advertised tickets. I had expected better from Club Zone and Tickets and Events to be precise to what they are selling, not ripping people off for money. It is the company's responsibility to be specifically advertising the correct time and location. I had wasted $90.43 into thin air. I am very upset with this. Yet, no money was paid back. Beware of the tickets that Ticket Zone and Tickets and Events sell.
