tiedyecloset.com is an online novelty store that appeals to teens and tweens with colorful phone cases, stickers and clothing.  They are quick to take your order and your money the same day but never ship the items you order.  I placed an ordered the first week of November for items I wished to recieve by Christmas.  I was told via email to expect a shipping confirmation.  When I did not receive this confirmation, nor the items I rdered one month later (December 4th, 2015) I tried to contact the company which ignores emails.  I threatened to file a report with BBB.org and only then did they respond with "your order will ship shortly".  I was dissatifed with this response as it already had been 6 weeks, so I canceled the order and requested a refund.  When they did not refund me, I immediately filed a report against them on BBB.org where I discovered approximately 18 other complaints of the same nature filed against them (there are 34 complaints to date).  I posted comments about their terrible customer service on their social media pages but they deleted these comments and blocked me.  Others have posted the same on tiedyecloset.com social meda pages (FaceBook & Instagram) with the same result.  I also disovered a youtube video by one Rebecca Paige, a teen that was ripped off by tiedyecloset.com.  I found instagram pages titled tiedyeclosetisscamming, tiedyeclosetisawful, tiedyeclosetisafake and a FaceBook Page that I have joined forces with called scammed by tie dye closet. Furthermore, I have discovered a news articles about a convicted monry launderer by the name of Andre Savvides, the same last name and the same Dix Hills, NY address as tiedyecloset's owner Alex Savvides.

I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.  I am aware that tiedyecloset has offered free phone cases to people who "unlike" the scammed by tie dye closet FB page.  They continually get complaints and while they have made about 6 refunds directly from their company, almost all that I have been in contact with had to dispute charges with their from of payment.

Some people have received merchandise but not in less than 3-4 months.

I have filed reports with local NY police, IC3, NYS Attorney General & the IRS.  I continue to copy negative posts found on tiedyecloset.coms FaceBook Page.

I firmly believe this company is up to no good ....
