All of these men work in south florida and are under investigation by the IRS.

Tim Beverley is a good man.  Tim Beverley is an honorable man.  Tim Beverley is a hero who absorbed undeserved punishment to protect his innocent team members. Tim Beverley is a very successful business man who was convicted through “guilt by association” and the dishonorable and cowardly actions of his enemies who filed this “Rip Off Report.”  Tim Beverley found himself in a hopeless situation he did not create and agreed to a plea agreement with the US Attorney’s office to shield his many innocent associates from suffering through a destructive process they did not deserve.  Do not fall prey to the angry report filed by Tim Beverley’s enemies. He is also certified as a helicopter pilot. A $22,000,000.00 company that is now worthless due to fleecing and liquidation. Tim Beverley Is still selling aircraft with Rick Ianieri, when the both of them owe a combined $43,000,000.00 dollars to the US government.  One good thing is that there is an open investigation by the IRS in regards to Tim Beverley and that case should come to a head in the next few weeks. If so, Mr. Beverley should end up behind bars to Finnish his remaining 23 years in a federal prison. Its unfortunate because there will be more people like my self that will be left holding the bill at the end of the day. As for Rick Ianieri and his collection of Q7 keys, he to will get the same outcome but in the way of another failed ponzi scheme that has become his new company mjjet.com.

T.J Beverley (Tim Beverley) is back working again, just a few years out of federal prison and with $18,171.756.00 in restitution, he is allowed to run a business, personaly own three of his own aircraft, own his own yacht and ripoff more clients. 

Mr. Beverley no longer runs Tyler Jet in Tyler, texas but he runs another company under the following name Jet Investors, LLC  www.jetsalesinternational.com  but this time, his name is not listed and has someone elses (Mark B. Goldstein) name on it. As a matter of fact, his name does not appear on any of his busiensses for some reason. If your approached by Tim Beverely to buy an aircraft, use extreme caution! I and a few outhers (not to be named) lost our jobs over his ponzi schemes back in the 90's and we will not rest until he pays his restituion to regions bank, Standard Aero and all the employees that lost their jobs. Mr. Beverley still has his office at the Ft Lauderdale Airport at this time. Why is Tim Beverley still living a life of the rich and famous while under federal control and a massive restitution order when we are still broke and some of us looking for work?

I can't argue that Mr. Beverely has made his mistakes, but your only looking at one side of the coin. I worked for Tim for two years and I only have good things to say about him. I was paid on time, every time. He treated his workers more like family than employees. After fourteen years in corporate aviation, no one else has even come close to this. Mr. Beverely got in over his head with the race team and started taking from Peter to pay Paul. A really bad choice that cost him five years of his life. I would do business with or work for Tim again anytime.
