TIMOTHY A. LANE PREFERRED MERCHANT PROCESSING FRAUD, DECEPTIVE, OH' DON'T WORRY ABOUT I CAN HELP YOUR BUSINESS CON-MAN LAKE COUNTY Illinois

 I was bamboozled.... I thought a legitimate businessman had walked into my store when he through out a business from around the corner from me and come to find out "they had NEVER" heard of this CON-MAN.  He csem in my store promising to help me with this and help me with that and told me "that I have to take the credit card processing machine in order to get the loan to save my business.   COME to find out it was all a "lie"....MY gut feeling was telling me something was off with this man, but IN DESPERATE need to try to save my business I listened.  The next day I tried cancelling and THIS CON-MAN told me how the loan was on it's way and I would have the loan in a week.  After time passed it was too late to cancel the credit machine with the leasing agency.   I tied cancelling numerous of times and the Con-man kept stalling me refusing to meet with me and bring me the contract.  Now, this leasing company is saying I owe them $3600.00 and I don't even have a darn credit machine nor my BUSINESS.  I end up going out of business a week after I sent the machine back and the elasing company refused to allow me to cancel even though TIM has the machine.  ALL this is terrible and it's because I did not get a copy of the contract in a timely manor nor did TIM cancel it out after I TOLD HIM "I DON"t want it.   PLEASE help me GET this CON-MAN off the street for GOOD>  THIS IS FRAUD to the HIGHEST DEGREE.  I want all my Money back and I should not be responsible for someone who "lied about there services" PLEASE HELP ME clear this off my record.  My business closed 3 weeks after TIM came into my office and I still never GOT the loan or any longer have the credit processing machine.  SOMEBODY HELP US GET THIS CREEP OFF THE STREET...

He's making BIG promises to struggling businesses and hurting the hard working man....Investigate this please....he is a liar, a deceiver, and he does not have any guts to correct his lies....he's so deceptive and he uses the fact he is getting a divorce, as a way to not talk about this "lie of service" run away if you hear the name Tim Lane \..
