Tim Meester/ 2stop foreclosure Total scam, lie, ripoff...no services provided at all after complete payment of 795 was made. Internet

About 2 weeks ago, my husband and I began searching on-line for someone to help us with our home/foreclosure situation. We were contacted by a Tim Meester who put us at ease and assured us that he and his company would be able to help. They made us feel relieved that finally someone was willing to help. They requested a long list of paperwork, which we quickly collected, got together and returned to them. We also sent in our payments promptly. He assured us that they would help solve our issue with the bank within a week, we were excited and hopeful.

After about a week (and sending in the payment) we did not hear back from them at all. And the numbers we had to call, were never again answered by anyone. My husband left repeated messages on both phones, and still nothing. Finally, 2 weeks later, TIM meester answered my husbands call and was very apologetic saying he had not answered or returned calls because he was in the hospital.

After that, he said he would get back to my husband within 45 minutes because there were some papers that my husband needed to resend because apparently, when we first faxed them in, some of the pages did not come out clearly.... So, he said he would call my husband back within 45 minutes and he never did. Till this day, he has not called back or answered any of my husbands calls or messages. I began to get worried that this was a scam so I started researching this Tim Meester on the web and his company, and I have now come across several ripoff reports on Tim Meester and his "2stop foreclosure" company.

They promise to give back all money paid if services are not provided....so, we will now start asking for our money back. Also, our next step is to contact the attorney generals office. I can not believe we fell for this scam! They are criminals, promising hope to families in desperate need! We have two small children and may now be left on the street because of this scam! They took from us, and gave us false hope, never answered calls or provided any services after we paid.....They did nothing they promised! Beware of this Scam!
