Tim Ricci J Pro Systems, Inc. The company scammed me $5,687.50 for a supposed gumball machines vending route tampa bay Florida

On October 2013 Tim Ricci advertised on craiglist selling his gumball machines vending route in palm beach (221 machines in total) I called him asking for information, he e-mailed me a letter of introduction along with sales report and inventory report, after reviewing the report I called him to set up appointment for us to meet at some of the locations where he had the gumball machines, so we met in a walmart in palm beach, when I got there he showed me a two head gumball machine, he even opened the macchine and showed me how it holds the quarters, then we went to 2 more locations (car delalerships)

Then we signed a deposit agreement for the sale, but before signing it I asked him what would happened if I change my mind and decide to not buy the route, he said he would refund me the money minus expenses such as window cards and fuel expenses and I agreed to it, he asked his assistant Mike to fill up the deposit agreement and gave me the deposit slip from his business account so I can deposit the money which I did the next day. We kept in contact while he supposely was printing new window cards with my information for all the gumball machines, and he was supposely preparing the sale document for when we do the tour of all the locations. When the window cards were ready we agreed to meet in the same walmart at palm beach florida, we were meeting @ 11am but @ 10:30am Tim texted me saying that Mike (his assistant) were sick and was getting a shot in the doctor office, he apologized and said he would take $100 off the total sale for the inconvenience he caused me by driving all the from Miami to Palm Beach, since I was already there I decided to go inside Walmart and take a look at the gumball machine, Surprise Surprise the machine wasn't there, I got so scared and stressed out, I went inside walmart to find out what happened to the gumball machine, they told me it was removed because it didn't have permission from the store to be there, I called Tim right away and he said he would call the manager and told me to not worry, he supposely had a written letter from walmart to have the machine there, even when the manager from walmart says it has no permission, I was having an anxiety attack, Tim said he would fax the supposed letter to the manager and told me he would call me later because he was busy on a location, since he didn't call me later I called him and told him I was not going  through with the business sale and we both agreed I was getting my money back minus the cost of window cards and minor expenses, he asked me to e-mail him my address so his accountant would mail me my check. One week passed and no check, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and still no check, he always give me an excuse saying that his accountant is a big company and handles several hundred companies, said he doesn't have a specific accountant since there are 120 at the firm, they handle clients only via e-mail (what kind of big fat lie is that) anyway since November 25th. 2013 until today I'm still waiting for my check.  I know he lied to me and won't refund me the money, I know he scammed me, he just put the gumball machines in locations so the potential buyer think the location is legit, after he show the locations and scam money from the buyer he put the add again @ craiglist to continue scamming people out of their money, that's what he did to me. I just hope the police catch him and throw him in jail for stealing money out of hardworker people, so Tim Ricci enjoy now the money you scammed from me, you will need that money in the future to buy medicine for you or your family, karma will get to you, what goes around comes around.
