TIME WARNER CABLE CO TWC CO. ADVERTISES A GIFT CARD WHEN YOU SIGN UP WITH THEM. I SIGNED UP IN MAY 2014, IT IS JAN 2014 AND NO GIFT CARD! FALSE ADVERTISING AND THEY NEED TO BE SUED! LOS ANGELES California

Time Warner Cable Co offers a promotional when signing up for their service, a 100.00 Gift Card. I signed up with them in May 2013 and it is now Feb. 2014 and I have never received the gift card. Each customer service person you talk to has an excuse for why you dont have the gift card, including supervisors. I also filed a complaint with the BBB in Jan 2014, awaiting the response. Has anyone actually sued TWC for false advertising?
