Timeless Auto Sales Scam Artists, Stay away Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania

SCAM ARTISTS!

Timeless auto sales is nothing more than 2-3 people trying to pose as a large company.  They browse Craigslist ads that sellers place, then call the seller promising that they (with their vast network of connections and access to classic auto advertising sites) can sell our car quickly and for our asking price.  Once they make all the promises in the world to get your credit card number and charge it..... they disappear.  They made promises of-

• Giving me a professional appraisal for my vehicle
• Providing me with a list of interested buyers in my area
• Posting my vehicle for sale on dozens of websites
• Great customer service whenever needed to edit my ad

They did NONE of these things that were promised once my credit card was charged. 

• NO appraisal was received even after I inquired about it several times.
• The "list of interested buyers" was simply a list of local used car lots.  NONE of which were interested.
• The "dozens of websites" consisted of placing my ad (with incorrect information) to their own Facebook page, then sharing it to other Facebook pages.  A task that could be done by myself in a matter of minutes.
• Customer service is nonexistent once your payment is made to them.  It would take on average 2 emails and 3 phone calls to get anyone to answer me.  Then another 2-3 days to edit the ad.

The initial ad was listed as the incorrect year for my car, as well as the incorrect selling price! That took 6 days to correct.  Then each subsequent request to lower the price of my car took no less than 4-5 days for each request after repeat emails and phone calls.

Once I informed them that they have failed to provide services and breached their contract, I was told that a "resolution specialist" would be in touch with me within 48 hours (that was 15 days ago at the time of this review)  At that time, I instructed Timeless Auto Sales to remove any postings they had placed on my behalf as I wished to terminate my relationship with them.  Yet 15 days later, all ads are still posted and my emails and phone calls go unanswered yet again.

Terrible decision.  Stay away from TIMELESS AUTO SALES.  They are nothing more than CON ARTISTS!
