Timeshare Concepts sells the idea that they will list your timeshare for rent to sell. The potential buyer gets to rent and see your timeshare and subsequently has the opportunity to buy your timeshare at a much lower cost than the time share company direct sales cost.
They list your timeshare at a free website...bidshares.com, an auction web site which is supposed to get a lot of traffic. They would handle the bids and contact you and the sale process with all the documentation, if one is consumated.
And they guarantee it by stating on the contract certificate guarantee....
TimeShare Concepts agrees to credit xxxpersonxxx 100% of the marketing fee that was tenered on dd/mm/yyyy as long as said client did not receive at least three legitimate offers, bids, updates or inquires on their advertised property within 18 months.
The catcher here is the word "updates". What they do is right after you sign up you will get weekly calls saying....your property is being listed and is running the bidding cycle....... It only takes 3 calls with this "update" and they have met their contract obligations. And they have your listing fee in their pocket. After that you will not hear any more from them.
When you call back to find what is going on, they say nothing legitimate has come through, and as far as selling your property, fat chance, the only people that buy timeshares are the ones that are hauled in from promotions by the timeshare operators them selves.

Timeshare Concepts

As mentioned before, never send money in advance to sell or rent your timeshare. Companies like Timeshare Concepts could care less about selling your timeshare since you already sent them the $$ the best way to get rid of your timeshare is to hire an expert on timeshares. I know a company called Mexican Timeshare Solutions that can give you a free consultation on your matter, this is their website:

#1 Consumer Comment
Timeshare Resale Companies

Greetings
We have had warnings from consumer agencies and the Florida Attorney General's office.
1) Do not send money in advance.
2) Only a liscenced real estate broker may sell property in Florida, as per their state law. So...if a company approaches you, check this 1st.
3) In today's economy, timeshares are selling at less than pennies on the dollar. We are in the same boat- own a timeshare in FL and can't sell it to meet our obligation. We have tried working with the company but they won't hear of it. And yes, we were lied to on many levels. They don't care.
4) Probably the best way to get rid of it is to hire an attorney... if you can afford one.
