Timeshare Legal Counsel contacted me about a class action law suit promising to get me out of a fraudulent timeshare contract with Burroughs and Chapin/Orange Lake/South Beach Resort. 

For a $399.00 fee, they could terminate the contract with the balance of 1100.00 due at completion.  If they did not suceed the origination fee was supposed to be 100% refunded.

I spoke with Cindy Cain the claims processor, Judy Lark, the paraprofessional and Jack Wilson the investigator who recorded by sworn affadavit.

I sent my origination fee through google checkout. and mailed copies of my timeshare contract and deed.  They used this to serve papers on Burroughs and Chapin to immediately release me from my contract and placed them under a "stop call order".  Supposedly.

I was told not to speak to any of the representatives as this could damage the case. I was told to stop payment of all fees and mortgage payments.

I have not been able to make contact for 2 months now and all of the phone numbers are invalid and no one returns emails. The BBB states now that the address is a non existent office with mail boxes only. 

Now i am finding online that others have been involved in the same scam.  Now i am in debt to the the timeshare company, have built up late fees and membership dues and am out the $399 origination fee with this company.  '

Any ideas to help me?  If i hire an attorney can they track these people down?
