Timeshare Rescue LLC and its owner Kris Chavez should be prosecuted for criminal behavior.
In May 2008 we signed a contract and paid them $2995 to transfer ownership of our timeshare to their name. As of Oct. 2009 it is still not done. They have given one excuse after another that this takes time. I referred the matter to Denver's BBB, but they cannot mandate arbitration because TSR is not a member.
In the meantime we still pay the maintenance fees which according to the contract are TSR's responsibility. We forwarded them two bills for 2009. They advise we not pay. We treasure our credit rating too much to follow their advice.
This behavior should be prosecuted.
