Time share sell now contacted me regarding sale of timeshare. Said they had a buyer for the timeshare. Price was $21,500 on 8/2/10. Sales person identified herself as Morgan. Said she would contact me tomorrow (8/3/10) to make sure the buyer secured financing. Received call on 8/3/10 reporting buyer had found financing for purchase. Morgan requested me to forward all paperwork of ownership with notary public acknowledging myself. all paperwork forwarded with the seal by registered mail on august 3. Also requested for processing fees the amount of $1,750. I received a deed clearing package which I signed and notarized and returned to their processing department. On Aug 27th received a phone call requesting another copy of ownership paperwork, this was sent off registered again on Aug. 27th. They sent to us a registration process time sheet which indicated that it would take between 3 and 4 months for all paperwork to be concluded and
sale finalized.
In Dec. 2011, we contacted them by telephone, spoke to a female who identified herself as Rose, and she reported that sale is in final stage going to "estop". Attempted to call numerous time in Jan. no human contact, but only thru answering machine, left message for them to contact me. WE wrote via e-mail on Mar 28, requesting status of our sale. We received an e-mail on Mar 30, from Timesharesellnow, Mr. Lee Jones, VPClient Relations, stating they sent a request for update on property, but as had not received anything. On Apr. 5, we sent another request for update. Received e-mail from sales dept, that they "have not received anything yet". Wrote again to timeshare sellnow on Apr. 22, reply stated" I am checking status and have no response as yet,can not do anything now as it is after hours." Check again Monday. Will not answer telephone or e-mails at this time. Is this not theft?

TimeshareSellNow & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam
AUTHOR: ThomasR - ()

We listed our Royal Elite timeshare with TimeshareSellNow last year. They said that the membership was in high demand and that it would be no problem getting it sold. I have contacted them a couple of times. They told tell me: "We will call you when we get an offer. So far, there has been no interest." The truth is, they take your money ($548.00), post an ad to their website, and you never hear from them again. It's a scam!

These are always ripoffs.
There was no buyer. They will claim that the fee you paid to them was just for listing the property. Unfortunely, this is probably disclosed in the fine print somewhere.
I would fight them to get the money back but don't hold your breath.
