A Faulty tune-up that messed up the whole computer system and caused other serious damages to occur. The mechanic only tightened three spark plugs instead of six, then two of the plugs all together did not match or fit in which was not tightened and a third one just barely tightened. I was running on three cylinders in an SUV that required six. Everything started failing under my hood due to this fraud that led to failing my computer system that led to other serious damages. It took the Ford dealership working on a Ford to figure out the mess Tire Kingdom caused three weeks to fix my SUV. Then Tire Kingdom denied it even when I had the Spark plugs and letters from two different mechanics about the plugs that they took out of my engine, not to mention the receipt of Tire Kingdoms work on the tune-up, which is evidence. HELLO! Then they take no responsibility of their mistakes? They sent it off to their Claims Adjuster at Ghallagher & Bassett in Miramar, Florida, then they don't return calls or even bother to reply to e-mails. Small Claims is the best way to go against Tire Kingdom bc they do not take responsibility for their mistakes or faulty tune-ups. They just try to screw you along with their insurance company Ghallagher & Bassett. Advice from me to you, don't give up on your complaint, claim, and file your law suit! Take it all the way. their every intention is for you to give up and walk away from the damages they caused. This is why they ignore your calls and send you to their claims adjuster to ignore ya even more and pretend as they if they are attorneys and they do lead you to believe they are while they are just waiting for you to give up. By the way, their Claims Adjusters' (Mark & Larry) I had to deal with, pretended to be attorneys' for six months with me and they are not, according to the State Bar. They lead me to believe this! Now I'm having to file a complaint on him as well with the Bar association and dealing with taking them to small claims court and filing suit against Ghallagher & Bassett for falsely claiming to be attorneys to me when they are claims adjusters only... Tire Kingdom is NOT worth the trouble for normal hard working people to go to, just to have work done on your vehicle and be screwed over with everything including destroying your property. It's not worth the headache to go there but do not give up on your claims, take them to small claims court!
