Tire Kingdom bad car repairs Miami Florida

 In March 2012, I took my car to Tire Kingdom and it was not repaired properly. I am a single mother of a preschooler and a toddler. I went to Tire Kingdom trusting that I will be provided with good service. In February 2012, I went to Tire Kingdom located at 6500 SW 117 ave to purchase two new rear tires. I could not purchase all the tires due to financial reasons. In March 2012, I went back to purchase the two front tires. I was advised that I needed brake pads as well. I replaced the two tires and the brakes pads in March. the person whom help me advised me that an alignment would cost an additional $80 which I did not have and that they could not do it at that time because I went late in the afternoon and they closed at 8:00 p.m. Needless to say my car kept shaking and I was told by Tire Kingdom that since the rotors were used and the brakes were new this is why this happens. I took their word for it. I kept driving the car assuming it was okay. My car needed a new battery and an alternator, yesterday (May 14) my mechanic changed those parts and looked at my car, he advised me that my car should be driving smoothly and that my rotors were not shaved and thats why my car shakes. When Tire Kingdom changed my brakes they said my rotors were ok but i never understood why the car shkes when I brake. I was on the highway the other day with my friend and our kids and when I braked my car shook and shifted and I almost caused an accident. Driving like this is a hazard. I went to the Tire Kingdom store yesterday after work and was advised that they will check the car but I might inquire some costs to repair it. I work 9a.m. to 5:30 p.m. I can not keep taking time of work to fix this problem I could be at any other Tire Kingdom closer to my job by 6:00 p.m. All I expect is for Tire Kingdom to complete the job they where supposed to originally do correctly. To align my car and to fix my rotors at no additional cost as they did a bad job in repairing my car almost causing me to have a major accident on the turnpike
