On 10-1-2011 I decided to purchase some tires from tires-easy.com, the price looked good, the tires had good rating, so I order it on line they took major credit cards or you could pay by pay-pal everything looked good in the order everything checked out well till today on Monday 10-03-11 I got on email saying:(Original Copy)
We are referring to your tire order RD 12116702 from 02.10.2011  07:12:10
and are sorry to inform  you that we can only process your order if you choose to pay the amount of  558.08 for order number 12116702  by the following alternative payment option:

- via paypal  at  paypal_us@delti.com.


Please let us know if you want to go through with the order at this time

So I called them and asked why I need to pay via paypal?? I didn't get an answer except they can't use my card and I have to pay with paypal, and this person was very rude and only repeating them self's that I need to pay with pay-pal or cancel my order I said well it takes a while to open a pay-pal acct and I will as soon I get home from work, well I got home and check my bank Acct on line and it says there is a transaction pending from that company so I called them back and said WAIT A MINUTE, how can you charge my card but you telling me I have to pay you with paypal because you can't use my card when you are charging my card according to the bank ???the person than said we sorry about  that we try to fix this problem,well I said if you are charging my card than why aren't you sending my tires??? they had no answer to this one so i told them they have till tomorrow since I have a copy of their email saying they couldn't charge it but did it anyways and thats fraud  they charged, so tomorrow I have to go to the bank fire a complain and authorized charge, and I send it them a cancellation notice:(copy of my e-mail to them) Text :    
PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER,WE CAN'T PAY YOU VIA PAY-PAL AND YOU NEED TO STOP CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION
IT SHOWS YOU ARE DRAWING MONEY IF THIS TRANSACTION WON'T STOP BY 10-04-2011 WHICH IS TOMORROW WE WILL BE FORCED TO PRESS CHARGES AS FRAUD ON A ACCOUNT AND POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED. THANK YOU
My problem was I checked reviews but not complains about this company please people do your self a favor go to a tire dealer in person or tire rack.com and by tires don't be a victim like me and others by this company right now I have no idea if I even will get my money back and what my options really are, 558.08$ is a lot of money at least for me.

We apologize for the inconvenience experienced by our customer.

According to our records, the customer was never charged, as we were unable to process his credit card payment.

It was for that reason that we asked him to pay via PayPal instead of by credit card..

Due to internal policy, once the credit card processing company cannot process a customer's order, that order can only be completed when the customer pays via PayPal.

For the record, we never charge a customer's credit card until his or her order is shipped. Sometimes the bank statement may reflect the pending transaction because we reserve the credit for the pending charge, but that hold is lifted by the bank after the transaction is canceled.
