TKO Sports, Jeffrey Kirk, John Guardia TKO Sports NOT to be trusted. They will take your money and not follow through. Houston Texas

TKO Sports called me "on behalf" of a local high school back in October '08 to advertise on t-shirts for that school's sports event. I agreed, I paid by credit card, I was told by sales rep shirts will be ready in 2 months. No contract or receipt was provided. I realized I hadnt heard anything from TKO, followed up months later, in March '09, May '09, and now June '09. The excuse was they were waiting to hear back from the school before producing shirts.

It is now June 26, 2009, 8 months after I placed the order, and TKO Sports has NOT produced anything! Since initial order, TKO never followed up with me re: status. I have had to call them. Jeffrey Kirk, production mgr, has been very arrogant in dealing with me (the customer) and is refusing to refund my money, nor cancel my order per my instructions. So, an attorney is now involved. This is the last Better Business Bureau complaint response from Jeffrey Kirk. I'll let you judge his tone and get an idea of how TKO Sports can treat their customers...

"Once again, i will not have my print shop stop the printing process and i doubt your lawyers letter will be here before the shirts are out of the ware house. Even so, that would not stop of from completing the printing. we have hundreds of man-hours and funds invested in this project. We do not abandon our work because of one sponsor who is demanding a refund because he is having an issue with the timeframe. May i remind you that you paid $89.55 for a $199.50 ad. The discount was approved by the Sales Mngr and we don't normally offer such low rates. Your sponsorship barely covers the cost of material let alone other expenses involved which are being covered by our company. Thank you for helping the school but you are not doing us any favors. The shirts will be shipped within the next 1-2 weeks AS SCHEDULED." Jeffrey Kirk, Production Mgr, TKO Sports
