 I was initially contacted by this company about an accident I had in Mexico. I called, and recalled this guy named Pat Wayne. He stated he needed my insurance for an accident that happened in California. Well, I do not give my information due to, One, I was in Mexico, and Two, I do not give this information on the phone. He went on to threaten me, stating, you'll lose your license and blah blah blah. They filed false reports regarding this matter as to extort me to the DMV. Though they knew it was in Mexico, and they said, "Well, we think you drove off, and that is what we are going to state..." then when I saw they in fact filed something, I called them, and they called me back to say my mother was *&%$, and there was nothing I could do, but pay them, or give them my insurance paperwork. I am not going to have my rates go up for something that happened in Mexico, when someone rammed my car. I won the DMV hearing, but it went on to cost me. These people want money. It seems it doesn't matter what the truth is, and they willfully and knowingly will lie as it seems from my case. My fight isn't done with these people. However, if you are contacted by these people, contact the Texas AG, and your respective state AG. I may not get too much traction on these people but with enough complaints to the authorities, the Jerks will be closed down.
